Project managed various sized teams creating innovative web application and site product solutions for EA Sports and EA Games, my clients, at an Interactive Agency. Initiated and lead search engine best practices on the account and consulted client on technology set up, to meet search business objectives.

Duties: Brainstormed concepts; gathered requirements; defined scope and controlled changes; created schedule; managded risk; estimated then maintained project finances; managed production and delivery; and lead shared resource teams in parallel.

Responsible for: Meeting internal and external performance metrics, ensuring legal requirements and documents are complete; successful completion of all project deliverables; communicating to stake holders; and coordinating with third party vendors, studios and agencies. Also trained junior resources, streamlined processes and tracking, created project management templates and a widget catalogue.

Created processes and implemented technologies for cross-team communication. Championed search engine optimization, standards compliance and usability initiatives cross-company.

Managed a small team of designers and developers in a fast paced, stressful environment. Supported marketing internationally with promotional web needs and live tournament content updating.
